I’ve used One Stop Auto for my yearly state inspections, and every experience has been excellent. Pam and the staff are honorable, trustworthy, genuinely good people who treat you fairly and with respect. Their honesty and professionalism are why I continue coming back. I highly recommend them and wouldn’t hesitate to send family or friends their way!!!🙌

DO NOT SHOP WITH THESE PEOPLE. They sold me a car with a blown transmission.They also knew it was blown and lied about it. I have never had so many problems buying a car in my life. Me and my boyfriend bought a jeep from one stop. Within an hour of leaving after purchase the car broke down. I was told so many different things over time about what was wrong. I was also PULLED BY POLICE 3 times for “factious tags”. Which resulted in my tags being taken by police. I had to wait 5 hours for a new tag. Even though I spent my hard earned money they didn’t t even have the courtesy to go and get the new tags. I had to wait hours. The lady in the office is very rude and hateful. All she does is smoke cigarettes in the office! She also made comments about how people may not like me and my boyfriend being together. He is white and I am mixed. She Treated me and my boyfriend like children. She also acted like we lied about why I was pulled over. The police confirmed it was because of THE TAGS THEY GAVE ME. I do not break the law and never have. It was inappropriate to accuse me of not being truthful.They have constantly wasted my time asking me to come back on different days for them to fix th

Brakes and rotors replaced. Walked me through what was needed. Only took a little over an hour (your time may vary). Extremely friendly, respectful, and hard working. Upfront pricing. No upselling attempts. Parking is a bit cramped. It's best to call a couple hours ahead to make a quick appointment. The front room waiting area is reasonably comfortable, and has A/C. Bring a cold drink and something to read just in case. They also sell used vehicles. They did not try to sell me one, but overhearing another customer showing interest, this location also seems upfront about car details, the pricing, and financing.

Very knowledgeable and fair. I love Aahli and Pam. They're AWESOME!! I've been going there for the past few years for any mechanical issues.
